Database Management Overview
Understanding the Database Structure:
- The Database Module stores essential information such as materials, labor rates, concluding payroll classes, assemblies, chained items and signature blocks
- Provides a structured system for managing pricing, suppliers, and historical project data.
Adding New Items:
- Navigate to the Database tab and click “+ New Item”.
- Enter the item name, description, unit of measure, and default cost.
Editing and Updating Items:
- Modify existing item details, pricing, and categorization.
Deleting Items:
- Remove outdated items to maintain a clean database.
