Navigating the Project Module
Once the project is created you will automatically be directed to the Overview.
You can access each project’s Overview, Documents, Takeoff and Estimates as needed.
Add Stakeholders and Edit Project:
- From the Overview page add internal or external stakeholders
- Alternatively edit the project details by clicking “Edit Project”
Set-Up Checklist:
Use the Checklist to make sure important items are never missed on an estimate.
- Open it: click Checklist at the top of your project
- Add items: type in anything you want to remember on every estimate, such as scope that’s often overlooked, exclusions, or items to double-check
- Shared with your team: anyone working on the estimate sees the same checklist, so nothing depends on one person remembering
Use it for recurring reminders, such as “Confirm fire-rated assemblies” or “Check for alternates,” so every estimator considers them before submitting.
