Folder Explanation

Private: This folder is for documents that are private to you. Files stored here are only visible to your user, even if other people have access to the same project. Use this folder for personal reference files or anything you don’t want shared with the rest of the team. Plans: This folder is for all documents used in the takeoff process. Any file that needs to be processed and used in the next step (Plans Management) must be stored in the Plans folder. Documents outside of this folder will not be processed and will not be available for takeoff.
