Marking a Quote as Complete

To mark your quote as complete you can click the 'Complete Leveling' button. As quotes aren't completed automatically, this allows users to continue sending the quote to additional suppliers or redo the leveling even when it's in pending review status. However, once you've completed a quote, no further changes can be made!
