Q: How do I edit my projects in batches?

Ans: You can do this by heading over to New revision set -> Add existing -> select the project you want to add -> select the files you want to add -> and then click on Batch edit.

Q: How does the color of the project status change?

Ans: The colors appear different. This is because Admin users can change the colors of the status in Organization -> Template -> Project Status.

The existing projects will keep the status with the old color unless someone edits the project. The new projects will have the new color. This is exclusive to Admins! The gray is the default color. Creating a status in the New Project dialog, it'll appear gray by default.

 
Q: Why doesn’t certain plans I’ve uploaded not appear on Plans Management?

Ans: Although specific plans may’ve been successfully uploaded on to your Documents tab but haven’t appeared on your Plans Management tab nor your Takeoff. To fix this you can add these missing plans on to your existing revision set. These plans are missing from Plans Managements, although they’re on the Documents tab:

Head over to Plans Management and click on +New Revision Set

Click on Add to existing & select the revision set you wan to add these plans to:

Select the plans and hit Open Selected files:

Once again select those files and hit Add revision set

Once done, those files will be added to Plans Management and you’ll be able to view them on your Takeoff:
