After Creating a Quote

Compare and level quotes:

• After a supplier responds, the Leveling button becomes available within the quote.

• Use Leveling to compare submitted prices, select the preferred values, and click Accept.

Accepting values:

• When values are accepted, only the pricing for that specific estimate is updated using the selected amounts.

Your (Customer’s) POV + Accepting Quotes:

Supplier submission:

• Once a supplier submits a quote, the following happens:
• The user who created the quote and all internal project stakeholders receive an email notification that the supplier has completed and submitted the pricing.
• The supplier receives a confirmation email with a PDF attachment as a record of the submitted values.
• The PDF is automatically saved in the project under Documents > Quotes > Quotes Received.
