Q: How do you manually edit a crew size?
Head over to the Labor Tab → Right click on a specific payroll entry you’d want to change → Select Edit payroll → Right click on a value → Edit crew size
You can then update the value in the input field located at the top of the panel.
Q: What do I do when my tax/burden (Subs Totals) or keeps resetting to “0”?
Ans: You might notice when you try to end a percentage under the Sub Totals category the values for tax/burden or escalation would reset to “0”. This is because either one of the 4 columns (Material, Labor, Subs, Equipment & Other), the CSI codes are missing from them. Over here inside the equipment tab for example the CSI code is missing
It's necessary that a CSI code be selected from the drop-down menu for this item. Doing so will help trigger the percentage entered in the Subs total fields.
