Payroll class

Overview:

• Payroll classes are the labor resources behind a labor item: who is on the crew and how many of them. They are not labor codes.

• Each class appears as a column with its crew size in brackets, e.g. Ceiling Installer (2).

• Base, hourly, and daily wages are shown for each class.

• Changes apply to the item in this project only. Your master database is not affected.

Right click a line item with LAB CC → Select Edit payroll from: [item name]

Adding a Payroll Class

• Select a class from the Payroll class dropdown

• Enter the Crew size

• Click Add Payroll, then Save

Editing Crew Size

• Right-click on any field not the column header

• Select Edit crew size: [class]

• Enter the new crew size, click Update crew, then Save

• Right-click any field not the column header

• Select Remove payroll: [class], then Save
